On our farm, we make Gouda cheese from pasteurized milk using traditional methods. This means that according to the time-honored recipe, we prepare the cheese and allow it to mature naturally. Different varieties are a regular part of our assortment: Young, Young mature, Mature, Extra mature, Old and Perennial

Herbal cheese is also made on our own farm from our own milk.

Trappist cheese
Artisanal beer cheese from cheese farm De Ruurhoeve prepared with La Trappe Trappist beer Quadruppel from Koningshoeven Abbey in Berkel-Enschot. This specialty has a particularly surprising taste.
Cheese always fresh from the knife. The cheese is made the traditional way from the fresh milk of its own cows and flavored with La Trappe. This cheese contains the La Trappe Quadruppel variety.
